Hospital, Delhi. Dr Kaushik has over 17 years of experience in healthcare out
of which last 10 years have been in the administrative field.
INLEADers pursuing Healthcare Administration attended this expert lecture and gained insights on the various healthcare operations which are held in a hospital.
The session began with an elaborate introduction to ‘operational
services in a hospital’. He discussed in detail the different types of
operational services.
Dr. Kaushik initiated the presentation with the definition of a ‘Hospital’.
Post that the structure, process and outcome criteria of the services were
discussed. The Functions and types of
the hospital operations were also discussed. The other topics that were
elaborated were:

2. Role & responsibilities of operations manager
3. Branches of hospital operations

services in hospital. The speaker had a good academic as well as practical
